Hi everyone

Just to let you know that Sleepydust's main M.E. / Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Section's home page has now been updated to reflect the recent new additions. So you can now access all the 'new' pages via the main site.

This section is really large! But as of the time of this post, here's how it's been organized:

Basic information about Myalgic Encephalopathy, Myalgic Encephalomyelitis / Chronic Fatigue Syndrome This sub-section includes basic information and answers to questions such as 'What is Chronic Fatigue Syndrome?', 'How do you increase your chances of recovery from ME/CFS?', 'What are the Chronic Fatigue Syndrome symptoms?', 'Who does CFS affect?', 'What are the Chronic Fatigue Syndrome causes?', 'What about Chronic Fatigue Syndrome diagnosis? How do you diagnose CFS?', and many other questions.

Info About Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Diet, Nutrition & Supplements This interesting section covers a wide array of sub-topics related to Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and diet, nutrition, and supplements. Topics include 'What Should You Eat? What Should You Avoid?', alcohol consumption, health supplements for ME/ Chronic Fatigue syndrome, sensitivity overload, dairy alternatives, and using Kinesiology Muscle Testing to choose the correct supplement program.

The Various Names For Chronic Fatigue Syndrome This is a very enlightening section that aims to put to bed the many myths and misunderstandings that surround the various names associated with this group of illnesses. You can find out why no-one can seem to agree on a single name, and why many feel the word 'fatigue' doesn't describe the illness adequately enough to be in its title. You can also dig deeper and find out more about some of the specific names for this illness, namely: Myalgic Encephalomyelitis, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, ICD-CFS and ME/CFS.

Further sections include:

Is ME / Chronic Fatigue Syndrome real?

Helpful tips for living with Post Viral Fatigue Syndrome

What it's like to live with M.E. / Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

And there's even a bit of light-hearted relief at the end called 'fun stuff'.

This section will, no doubt will updated and perhaps even reorganised at some point, but for now, there's plenty of exploring to do - we hope you'll find it interesting!

All the best
