I’m sure lots of you have read books on ME/CFS and/or Fibromyalgia . Or related books on nutrition, exercise, supplements… that sort of thing.
Well, there’s a Sleepydust Book Review section at Sleepydust that’s all about getting the opinions of real sufferers.
Would you be willing to spare a few minutes to write up a quick book review (it doesn’t have to be long – even a paragraph would be great) for the Book Review section? It would be be fantastic if you could! 
Since I will be ‘revamping’ the whole section, it’s a great time to add more reviews of existing books, and reviews of new ones too. So please do help out (if you can), and send me your thoughts on
some books you’ve read.
Every little helps!
The more of us who contribute to it, the better. Other sufferers can then make better educated decisions on how to best spend their precious cash. That’s the aim.

Don’t forget: your review doesn’t have to be anything fancy – even a paragraph might be helpful to a sufferer who has only a little money in his pocket, and is wondering which book to go for.
