Launch! The Free Sleepydust ME/CFS Online Video Now Available!

The Free Sleepydust Online Video has finally been launched!

The video aims to help the friends and family of ME/CFS [including Myalgic Encephalomyelitis , Chronic Fatigue Syndrome , and Post Viral Fatigue Syndrome] sufferers understand the illness and what their loved ones are going through.

The Chronic Fatigue Syndrome video is about 10 minutes long (give or take). It is created from the perspective of quite a severely affected sufferer, and hopes to enlighten non-sufferers just what it can be like to live with M.E. /Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.

The free Sleepydust ME/CFS video also includes very basic information such as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome symptoms. However, due to the nature of the video (and our aim to keep it short), we did not include information on Chronic Fatigue Syndrome causes or Chronic Fatigue syndrome diagnosis. For this, you are more than welcome to visit our main Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia site, 'sleepydust.net', on which there is lots of useful information.

The video is very simple yet hard hitting in places (be sure to put your sound on!). The aim was to draw a picture of the truth without going into too much detail. This proved a difficult task in the end, as there is a fine line between painting a stark and bleak picture, and painting an unrealistic, and perhaps almost flippant 'take' on what ME/CFS sufferers go through. We hope we've done you justice. It was created from the heart and was a real labour of love.
