Hi everyone, Claire here, Editor of Sleepydust.

If you suffer from M.E, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome or Post Viral Fatigue Syndrome then this could help you

Here's the story:

Recently, I've put a video together, that explains what's in the Sleepydust ME/CFS course, and how it can help you.

Check Out The New Video Here…

As you may or may not know, I was previously quite badly affected by ME/CFS. In fact, about a year and a half ago, I was at about 30% of my former health.  Thankfully, I have since recovered a large part of my health (I'm about 85-95% recovered.) And now you can learn about the different approaches, concepts and tips that helped me, through Sleepydust's online course.

The Sleepydust course basically explains what I included in my own recovery program. So if you're an ME/CFS sufferer, and you want to learn some helpful tips about dealing with your illness, improving your quality of life, and possibly even move towards recovery, then the Sleepydust course may be able to help you.

The new video was created for you because it can help you to get a feel of whether the course is right for you or not.  In the video you'll find out more about what you can learn in the course (including basics, nutrition and so forth.)

You can now watch the new, short online video about Sleepydust's ME/CFS course here…
